I manage a team of analysts building solutions and analytcial techniques to make the most of loyalty card data.
Some of the applications we've built have been pretty high profile, including the prototype to Self Serve and the Nectar campaign segmentation tool.
My job is to ensure that all our developments are rigorously planned, scoped, designed, and most importantly meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

What I like about working at LMG...
Every day is very different, there are lots of different projects to get involved in and I can honestly say that in 5 years I've never been bored.
There's a really good bunch of people here and throughout the company there's a real 'can-do' attitude that you don't find in bigger firms.
