LMG ANNOUNCES NEW CFO

Loyalty Management Group Limited (LMG), the database marketing and loyalty operator, has announced today its appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Tony Buffin will be joining as CFO of the group which has three wholly owned operating subsidiaries, including Loyalty Management UK, owner and operator of the Nectar programme. Mr Buffin joins Loyalty Management Group from the Boots Group where he most recently held the position of Group Financial Controller after being with the Group for the last seven years.

LMG Chief Executive Officer Alex Moorhead said:

"LMG is delighted that Tony is joining the company at a time of growth with many exciting opportunities ahead of us. Tony brings valuable skills and experience to the group, and will play an important part in the execution of our plans to extend our range of services and expand internationally, both organically and by acquisition."

Mr Buffin will be joining LMG in Sept 2006 and will replace Dermot Heffernan who will continue to serve the company as a non-executive board director.
