I work in the Self Serve Insight team, supporting client users of our customer analysis tool. This involves working closely with each client from initial set-up and user training to ongoing support on the hotline. I monitor user feedback and present this to the development team, who incorporate our requests into the new builds of the software.
When I started in the team almost two years ago, I set up a regular newsletter, informing all external and internal users of any changes to the software as well as industry trends and interesting ways of doing analysis using Self Serve, which I still edit ongoing.
Occasionally I get involved in ad-hoc projects, carrying out bigger pieces of analysis from initial client brief to finished presentation.

What I like about working at LMG...
At the risk of sounding clichéd I would say that it’s the friendliest company I’ve ever worked for. Our open-plan office on the Strand means that people from all different areas are always communicating with each other, whether it’s work related or not. The location is obviously a bonus, especially the river views from our meeting rooms! I really like the fact that LMG encourages an active and healthy lifestyle, from ride-to-work scheme for cheap bikes to fruit in the office and reduced-rate corporate gym membership. There are plenty of occasions to get to meet your colleagues in an informal setting, like the weekly ‘cake break’, payday drinks or playing with the softball team.
