My role

As a graduate analyst within Consumer Analytics, I am working across a range of sponsors, supporting colleagues in carrying out regular and ad hoc analysis. Recent examples have included post-campaign analysis, quality checking key data and running KPI reports for clients.

The working day is primarily spent carrying out analysis within either SAS or SQL, with the opportunity to direct your own development. These skills are predominantly gained on the job, with plenty of support available from more experienced staff. Time may also be spent liaising with other analysts or relationship executives to discuss client's needs.

Regular one-to-one and graduate group meetings offer the opportunity to share knowledge and insight from the different placements, discuss progress and receive more formal training. The central office location ensures there is plenty of variety for lunch or a post-work drink. Plus, if you feel the need to step away from the desk, a quick game of fussball or Wii tennis has proven to be a popular remedy.
