How to Apply

Our process

At LMG we are dedicated to finding the right individuals for the right positions. Therefore we normally operate a three-stage recruiting process. The first stage is to meet a member of the HR team who will conduct a competency-based interview. You will then be asked to meet some key people in the area relevant to your application who will explain more about the role and assess your experience and business acumen. The final interview is with a senior manager. We feel this process gives you – as well as us - an opportunity to get to know us and ask questions as you need to be sure that the job and the fit are right.
