Tony Buffin - Chief Financial Officer, LMG

Tony Buffin joined LMG as Chief Financial Officer in September 2006. Tony is a member of the Board and Executive Committee and is responsible for financial matters relating to the Group. Tony also takes Board responsibility for legal and human resource matters.

Prior to joining LMG, Tony was Group Financial Controller of the Boots Group, a £4.5bn market cap UK based retailer.

Tony held various positions within the Boots Group since joining the company in 1999 including Head of Management and Corporate Reporting, Head of Strategy for Boots Healthcare International and Finance Director of Boots Healthcare Germany.

Previous to his time at Boots, Tony was Project Accountant and Investment Controller at Mothercare PLC. Tony started his career as an accountant at Ernst & Young in 1994.

Tony was born in the UK holds a first class undergraduate degree from Downing College, Cambridge and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
